&nbsp;Town &amp; Country Timber Flooring is a small family business that has been operating in Wodonga since 1993. Over the years we have expanded in many ways to keep up with demand &amp; ever-changing styles. Our standards have always been very high &amp; show in our craftsmanship. The Tucker family has a long history in timber, starting with Bill Tucker's sawmill in the 1940's, where Lindsay Tucker (Owner &amp; Director) started out with his father &amp; brothers before moving to Albury Wodonga in 1979. Lindsay then trained &amp; worked as a carpet &amp; vinyl layer &amp; floor sander, contracting for the local carpet shops over the next few years, before opening a shop front of his own with his wife Roslyn (owner &amp; office manager) in 1993. Matthew (Sales &amp; warehouse manager), their oldest son started working from the age of 15 in the showroom &amp; was joined by his wife Natalie (Sales &amp; Admin) in 2004. Darren, their younger son also joined them at a young age &amp; has become an experienced floor sander. He is joined by two other skilled contractors that make up our installation team. In 2005 we relocated from High Street to larger premises in Wigg Street. This allowed for more warehouse space &amp; the freedom to custom make a showroom that is &quot;one of the best display floors in Melbourne &amp; country Victoria&quot;, with many different species on the floor.&nbsp; We strive to be at the forefront of the timber &amp; laminate flooring market in the border region, both with our expertise in knowledge &amp; installation &amp; our unique DIY system.
